    Write a clear headline that’s 55 characters or less. Make it strong. Be sure it accurately summarizes the focus of your press release.

    Press Release Location: Enter the City, State and Country. These details precede the story and orient the reader.

    For Search Engine Optimization, the length of the press release should be under 600 words. Try to use two or three keywords in your headline, subhead and first paragraph to increase chances of search results. please note: If you're copying from Microsoft Word, be sure to click the 'W' clipboard icon before pasting your text to prevent incorrect formatting. Posts containing MS Word formatting will not be published.

  • Featured Image or Video

    Each press release must include a featured image and optionally a featured video.
    please note: Be sure your image meets our minimum specifications and that you provide the embed code for your video. See the example of Embed Code below. Our system only accepts submissions that meet these requirements.

  • Upload a .jpg or .png image that is a minimum of 1000px wide. The height is not important. This will be used as the featured image.

  • Paste your video EMBED CODE from Vimeo. Embed code look something like this:

  • Additional Images

    Upload up to 5 additional images that you would like to display in your press release.
    please note: additional images will only be included in the press release if they augment the story.

  • Drop files here or

    Upload a .jpg or .png image that is a minimum of 1000px wide. The height is not important. We will insert these throughout your press release. Please make sure the file size is under 1MB for each image, to ensure fast loading.
